Part-Time Microsoft Excel Analyst

We are seeking a part-time employee to provide support and help to run our billing and bookkeeping operations.

Candidates for this role should be energetic and excited about working with clients and financial advisors. This is a great opportunity gain hands-on business development experience and make an impact on the growth of the organization. Hourly rate of $22-$30/hour.

Essential Job Functions for the Book Keeper Associate will include:

· Model and forecast the quarterly billing for advisors

· Calculate the billing for advisors on a quarterly basis

· Document transaction details and assist with the production of financials

· Work with counterpart firms to research and audit payments and accounts receivables

· Ultimately lead the firm's budget building process and maintenance

· Other duties as needed

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or better strongly advised

· Proficiency with Excel

· Prior financial or related experience preferred

· Superior attention to detail and the ability to independently manage multiple projects in an accurate and timely manner is essential

· Must work well in a team environment and present a positive and professional demeanor

· Self-starter, active contributor and ability to listen to and deliver on client’s needs and expectations

· Must be highly flexible and confidential with all matters

· Deadline oriented
