Key Sales Support Associate Responsibilities :

Provide friendly, efficient sales assistance to customers in a one-on-one setting
Understand customer needs and recommend AT&T products to meet their expectations
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Keep up with the latest AT&T products, services, and promotions
Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales transactions
Handle customer concerns and questions to provide solutions and maintain positive relationships
Work as part of a team to achieve overall sales goals and ensure a seamless customer experience
Stay updated on competitor offerings and trends to assist in strategy and product recommendations

Sales Support Associate Skills :

Previous experience in sales or a customer service role is a plus

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve goals

Self-motivated

Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find tailored solutions
