Budget Rental Car, located at Glacier Park International Airport, is seeking full-time and part-time Customer Service Representatives for weekday and weekend evening shifts from 5pm to 1am. We offer a base wage plus a commission plan with generous payouts based on sales performance. We provide sales training to enhance your customer service skills and commission potential. The minimum age to apply is 18 and you must have a clean driving record.
Primary Tasks:
- Greet Customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Communicate with customers to identify their needs.
- Offer vehicle upgrades and products based on customer needs.
- Complete the rental check-out and check-in process.
- Assist customers with other needs such as vehicle exchanges and reservations.
- Closing duties which include audits of fleet inventory, gas logs, rental agreements, filing, etc.
- Car Prep: Includes preparing vehicles for rental by cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles, washing, vacuuming, removing trash, filling gas tanks, and checking fluid levels.
What we offer:
- $16.50/hr. $1/hr. shift differential for evening shifts.
- Monthly commission for Customer Service Representatives typically ranges from $300 to $1,200 per month during the off-season and $1,000 to $5,000 per month during the summer months.
