The Opportunity
As a Product Owner / Project Manager at Aeroflow Health, you'll have a unique opportunity to drive the growth and evolution of our innovative platform that allows patients to shop for healthcare products and services through an e-commerce-like experience. Your Primary Responsibilities
As a Product Owner / Project Manager, you will:
- Serve as a servant leader responsible for collaborating, organizing, and communicating with internal stakeholders to ensure successful team objectives.
- Develop a deep understanding of product features to align with both business goals and end-user needs.
- Influence and execute software delivery strategies for one or more teams, under guidance, ensuring that business objectives are met.
- Lead agile development processes, including iteration planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Create detailed project plans, outlining technical dependencies, tasks based on requirements, and defining project timelines.
- Facilitate estimation and resource allocation to ensure on-time project completion.
- Maintain project scope and quality, making sure deliverables meet high standards.
- Coordinate change management, including facilitating end-user training with stakeholders.
- Remove obstacles that block team progress and escalate issues when necessary.
- Generate project reporting, tracking progress, risks, blockers, and solutions, while keeping key performance indicators (KPIs) in check.
- Ensure successful user acceptance testing (UAT) and internal quality assurance (QA) processes.
- Nurture feedback from internal stakeholders, translating it into actionable product solutions.
- Lead cross-functional meetings, identifying issues and proposing resolutions.
- Continuously improve business metrics by delivering product features and solutions.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or Software Delivery Manager, ideally supporting web application or e-commerce development teams.
- Expertise in project management ticketing and documentation tools.
- Strong understanding of the web development process from ideation to launch.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, and experience facilitating ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to develop strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Proven ability to adapt to fast-changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in technical liaison roles, including data transformation and website management.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working in a shared services or agency environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack for project tracking and communication.
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, and Google Meet.
- Experience with Figma for design collaboration.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, ideally in healthcare, and product management for e-commerce or digital platforms.
