Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Service Manager at Aerospace Testing & Pyrometry, Inc. located in Easton, PA. The Service Manager will oversee calibration and testing services, manage client relationships, coordinate technical expertise in Pyrometry & Heat Treating, and ensure the highest quality standards in service delivery. Territories currently needing Service Managers: Pacific Northwest (Seattle Area), Northeast (NY, CT, PA), Midwest (IL, IN, WI Area), Southwest (Phoenix area), West Coast (LA area).

Qualifications

• Experience in managing calibration and testing services
• Knowledge of Pyrometry and Heat Treating processes
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Technical expertise in aerospace and automotive industries
• Certifications in related fields (e.g., AMEC, SAE, AWS, Nadcap) are a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
