AFCO Performance Group, LLC is looking to fill a Senior Business Data Analyst position in Boonville, IN. Job duties include: Responsible for researching data, pulling and preparing reports and presentations, as well as handling other projects as determined by the management team. Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action. Create business intelligence tools or systems, including design of related databases, spreadsheets, or outputs. Analyze competitive market strategies through analysis of related product, market, or share trends. Identify and analyze industry or geographic trends with business strategy implications. Responsible for training other departments on the various business analytics tools and reports used. Work functions will also be assigned from various areas of the business such as engineering, compliance, and operations. Must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, and enjoy the challenges associated with managing multiple projects simultaneously. Communicate often and effectively with various team members.
Master’s degree in Business Data Analytics or a related data analysis field and one year experience in an analyst or operations role in a manufacturing setting required. Experience and/or education knowledge must include the following:
- 1 year experience working with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Pages, Share Point, Visio.
- 1 year experience working with Microsoft Excel knowledge Power Query.
- Solid working knowledge of the following through work or educational pursuits: Statistics, Digital Marketing/Marketing Analytics, Machine Learning/Deep Learning, R programming language, Structured Query Language (SQL), and data analytics evaluation methods and software.
