A3T is seeking a Program Manager (PM) to support our DHS critical customer mission. Our contractor team supports the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) by facilitating Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) compliance for all customer IT systems. Compliance support, including testing and engineering services, will ensure that all Information Systems Security Officers (ISSOs) have the necessary information throughout the life cycle of each system. The PM will attend status and project meetings and interface directly with the government management staff. The PM will provide for the planning, monitoring, analyzing, executing and close out of various technical support projects assigned to the contractor staff.

Partial telework may be authorized based on government approval

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage resources (includes managing schedule, attendance, performance, and work assignments of employees performing under this contract)
• Ensure all contractor personnel meet the training and qualification requirements of the program
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports to reflect work performed and assessment of technical progress
• Develop, coordinate, and facilitate Project Plans for major tasks
• Assist the government IT management in defining the project scope, deliverables, and requirements
• Plan project activities, tasks, milestones, resources, and performance measures
• Ensure contractor staff comply with all IT technical requirements
• Provide quality assurance oversight
• Analyze issues and problems and recommend solutions
• Communicate orally and in writing on all aspects of the work performed under this contract
• Present formal/informal briefings to the customer’s technical and non-technical staff as requested
• Maintain meeting minutes when requested as well as project lists, project and work schedules, timesheets, contact lists, and perform other duties associated with excellent project management
• Represent corporate interest and attend government meetings as required

Desired Competencies:

• Knowledge of Information Assurance and FISMA compliance methodologies
• Knowledge of the Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) process
• Knowledge of Change Control Boards (CCBs) functionality
• Knowledge of Computer Network Defense policies, procedures, and regulations

Qualifications:

• U.S. citizen and ability to obtain DHS suitability for Public Trust (government security clearance desired for reciprocity)
• Seven or more (7 ) years of IT program management experience
• PMP and CISSP or CISM certified
• (Desired) Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in related IT discipline
