This position requires exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organization skills to provide superior customer service to our patients. The front office staff, is the first and last impression that patients will have of our dental office. You will work together with the dental team to make quality patient care a priority. This position requires that you are comfortable speaking to patients. You will interacting with patients in person and over the telephone. You will be working with patients to provide information about their recommended treatment, presenting treatment plans, reviewing the cost and payment options they have. Reviewing their insurance and explaining their financial obligations. Submitting insurance clains.
This position is currently 4 to 5 days per week
