Job Description
A detail-oriented HVAC Service Technician to maintain and repair our resident’s air quality systems. The HVAC Service Technician will assist with repairing and calibrating systems, replacing various components such as transformers, thermostats, compressors, low and high voltage equipment, and replace systems as needed. The HVAC Technician will diagnose problems and repair units in our apartment community.
Job Requirements
- Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing HVAC systems.
- Troubleshooting defective HVAC systems.
- Performing preventative maintenance.
- Fixing, replacing, and adjusting vents, and ductwork.
- Ensuring condensation drain line is free of debris and draining properly.
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Repair appliances.
- Assist in the turn process of vacant units.
- Assist in curb appeal.
- Ability to rotate on call.
- Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
