Job Title: Network Real Estate Specialist / Developer II
Location: West Nyack NY
Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for driving project completion and site acquisition
- Tracking vendor performance, ensuring project trackers are updated, conforming to all leasing, zoning/permitting, environmental, and regulatory compliance policies \
- Manage project budgets
- Participate in deployment calls with vendors, third parties and project team
- Real estate background. Ideally, in commercial leasing/acquisition, property management, site acquisition, land use entitlements, or real-estate affiliated legal.
- Capability to work effectively with a variety of partners, even in challenging situations across multiple disciplines (Real Estate, Radio Frequency, Construction, Regulatory, Planning/Budgeting) to provide comprehensive analysis and results.
- Knowledge of ODAS and IDAS cell systems.
- Knowledge of Samsung and Nokia cell equipment
