**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a skilled Bartender to join our team. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers, ensuring exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the nightclub.
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks to customers in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Upsell drinks and promote specials to increase sales
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist in restocking bar inventory as needed
**Qualifications:**
**Required Skills:**
- Proficiency in bartending techniques and drink preparation
- Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or nightclub environment
- Strong cash handling skills
- Excellent time management abilities
- Knowledge of food handling safety procedures
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
