Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. Duties
- Assist the Property Manager in overseeing property operations and maintenance.
- Handle tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and property activities using property management software such as Entrata.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and Section 8 guidelines.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Support marketing efforts for vacant units, including conducting property showings and managing leasing paperwork.
- Assist in preparing reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and tenant satisfaction.
- Facilitate communication between tenants, vendors, and management to enhance customer relationship management.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized documentation.
Skills
- Strong phone etiquette for effective communication with tenants and vendors.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and Section 8 processes is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Entrata or similar property management software is a plus.
- Experience in real estate administrative tasks or facilities management is beneficial.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
- Proficient in administrative duties including organization, scheduling, and reporting.
- Sales skills to assist in leasing efforts and promoting available units.

Pay: $39,335.98 - $47,372.36 per year
