As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a critical role in the strategic direction and financial management of our company. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities and providing senior leadership to the finance team.
Your duties will include :
- Developing and implementing financial strategies to support business growth and profitability
- Leading business development initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions
- Providing financial analysis and insights to support decision-making at the executive level
- Managing the supply chain and optimizing costs throughout the organization
- Implementing risk management strategies to mitigate financial risks
- Overseeing payroll and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Monitoring profit and loss statements and identifying areas for improvement
- Ensuring compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and governmental accounting standards
