As a Founding Fullstack Engineer , you’ll play a vital role in creating both consumer-facing and enterprise applications. You’ll work directly with our founders to design and implement impactful features and drive our technology roadmap in a high-growth start-up.
This role will involve building and implementing end-to-end solutions within our AI-powered ecosystem to enhance our platform's capabilities and streamline the hiring process.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop scalable applications for diverse user bases.
- Reduce interviewer response latency to under 200ms.
- Scale system architecture for thousands of concurrent users.
- Integrate with client hiring systems and optimize data display.
- Work directly with co-founders to enhance our conversational AI , ensuring a personalized and seamless interview experience.
- Contribute to scaling and optimizing Machine Learning models that will transform the hiring process, making it more intuitive and insightful.
