This position is accountable for the planning, direction, leadership, communication, and performance of all aspects of Inside Sales in the PCB Contract Manufacturing Electronics Industry.
Developing and executing these processes will support the overall strategic direction of the Inside Sales Strategy and Sales Support Coverage Model, helping in the overall Sales team performance, and Customer support.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Use in-depth knowledge of back-office functions to provide specialized support expertise to sales colleagues and clients through effective use of internal tools, collateral, and business systems.
- Assists outside sales colleagues in assessing the potential application of company products to meet client needs.
- Prepare quick turn-around quotes responding to the immediate needs of customers.
- Supports clients' needs by engaging with different areas of the organization (finance, order management, field services teams, Engineering teams, Sales teams, etc.).
- Understanding the entire sales process from identifying prospects, to following up on opportunities with the assigned accounts, to offering specific solutions/products in the Aimtron xxx portfolio.
- Define operational objectives and metrics and has ERP Experience of EPICOR.
- Serve as the point person for sales team for strategy opportunities, problem resolution and escalated issues. Drives large deals for their team; negotiates aggressively in the deal process. Keeps both excellence in customer service and company profitability in mind during decision making processes.
- Reviews information consistently; actively manages opportunities.
- Use available resources to meet customer needs and work effectively with cross-functional team of supplier and internal resources.
- Perform sales calls and vendor relations with current and potential customers primarily by phone, but face-to-face customer meetings may be required.
- Research competitor and industry activity and keep informed of new products/services and other general information of interest to customers incorporating this data in the business plan.
- Maintain accurate reporting, records, and files necessary for proper management of region.
- Positively represent Aimtron at all times throughout customer locations.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; Minimum education required GED/HS Diploma
- 5-7 years of related experience including, but not limited to: preferably in the PCB Contract Manufacturing Electronics industry. Prior management experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication, and presentation skills, and capable of delivering excellent customer service.
- Consistent record of leadership in establishing goals and achieving results
- Possess the organizational skills to multi-task and meet deadlines as needed
- Willing to travel to customer locations, if needed

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
