Location: Washington, DC with Hybrid Work Available

Required Skills:

• Product Deployment: Assist in the deployment of our COTS products to government clients, including setup and configuration.
• Project Planning and Scheduling: Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and schedules using industry standard project management tools.
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and management.
• Task Coordination: Help coordinate and assign tasks to team members, ensuring that deadlines are met and resources are efficiently utilized.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress and update status reports, dashboards, and other tracking tools.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
• Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, and status reports.
• Quality Assurance: Assist in quality assurance activities, such as testing and reviewing deliverables to ensure they meet project requirements.
• Learning and Development: Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance project management skills and knowledge.
• Final Presentation: Present a summary of your work and findings to the Executive Leadership Team and other relevant stakeholders at the end of the internship.

Education: Bachelor’s degree – Business, Sales, Marketing, English, or a related field
