POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

ACE Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The successful candidate will have a firm commitment to the principals of servant leadership and a demonstrated record of exceptional results in leadership roles of increasing responsibilities. The CEO will lead ACE Consulting Group to the next level of corporate maturity, and will oversee a Chief of Staff, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Information Officer and remote Site Lead(s). The CEO will report to the Board of Directors. S/He will draft an annual operating plan and budget for the Board's approval. Once approved, the CEO will manage all resources to successfully execute the plan, and provide the Board with quarterly status updates. S/He must demonstrate confidence and an ability to project authority in a personable way that draws and builds teams together behind a common goal. Must relish the opportunity to face great challenges and achieve success. Must think strategically, holding a long-term focus while executing critical steps along the way. The CEO will be the outward face of ACE Group, ensuring exceptional relationships with customers and business partners. 

Requirements

MINIMUM TANGIBLE REQUIREMENTS:

• Exceptional communicator, both verbal and written, and experience briefing at the SES/flag officer level
• Bachelor's Degree, Master’s Degree relevant to Aviation/Defense Acquisition preferred
• 10 years of experience at NAVAIR (Competency/PMA Leadership experience preferred) 
• 20 years of experience in management or leadership roles with increasing responsibility
• Thorough understanding of Government contracting
• Experience with non-NAVAIR markets desired
• Able to travel (less than 20%)
• Ability to attain at least a Secret security clearance
