We are seeking individuals who are looking for an opportunity to grow with us. The Installation Coordinator supports the efficient operation of the Residential Sales Department by performing a wide range of administrative and coordination functions.

Take and enter sales leads into our database.Coordinate the necessary job packets for the installation department.Continue to update paperwork, including payment information.
Enter customer surveys.Ensure that all permits are filed promptly while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Communicate with clients the status of permitting applications and respond to questions regarding the permitting process.
Coordinate with the local municipalities to ensure that all permits are issued in a timely manner.Additional tasks as required.
QualificationsProficiency with MS-Office tools.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to meet deadlines while performing tasks with completeness and accuracy.
