Assistant Division Manager
Location: Aire-Master of America’s national headquarters in Nixa Missouri.

Are you a results-driven person looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a passionate Assistant Division Manager to join our team and help grow and drive the success of our business-to-business scent marketing/odor control services in our Missouri Division.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Act in accordance with company mission, values, policies, and procedures. Provides support to the Division Manager as needed. Actively participates in growing the company division through selling services and products to existing customers and new prospects.
Interviews, hires, and trains new staff.
Completes necessary paperwork for new employees, vacations, and disciplinary actions.
Rides with staff to actively teach new service and product sales techniques, and evaluate service procedures, sales techniques, and relations with our customers.
Prepares and conducts staff meetings and training sessions.
Sets goals for the division and staff.
Evaluates reports weekly and monthly with entire staff to evaluate progress and growth of route division compared to plans and corporate goals.
Maintains harmony among staff and resolves grievances. Confers with customers and company employees to resolve complaints, problems, and past due accounts.
Meets with customers periodically to maintain and build relationships, check service quality, and resolve any outstanding issues.
Assists in organizing and structuring routes to be the most efficient for the company and staff.
Orders inventory and maintains facility.
May be involved with training new franchise operators and/or franchise employees.
Assists other departments within organization on division material and information.

Ability to sell. Vast knowledge of our product and services. Must possess good communication, listening, and organizational skills.
Must have and maintain good driving record.
Requires lifting up to 50 pounds.
Must step up and down on route kit 12” and ladders ranging in size.
