As a National Sales Representative at Aire-Master of America, Inc., you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, cultivating new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and working collaboratively with our franchise team to exceed sales targets. Working out of our corporate headquarters, this is a unique opportunity to grow with a leading company while making a direct impact on our success.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Includes but not limited to the following:
Act in accordance with company mission, values, policies, and procedures.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
· Identify and target new business opportunities in various geographic regions.
· Establish and manage relationships with key accounts and clients.
· Negotiate pricing and terms with potential and existing customers.
· Meet or exceed established sales targets and revenue goals.
Client Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
· Provide consultative support to clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
· Address and resolve client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Competitor Analysis:
· Analyze competitors' products, pricing, and sales strategies.
· Use insights to refine sales techniques and stay ahead of the competition.
Collaboration and Franchise Support:
· Work closely with Franchise Director and franchisees on regional and national sales opportunities.
· Participate in franchise field sales training to train and promote proper, best in class sales techniques to new and existing franchise operators.
Travel:
· Travel to new and existing franchise locations during field training sessions.
· Travel across regions as needed to meet clients, attend trade shows, and represent Aire-Master at event.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or high school diploma and combination of proven work experience.
- Experience: 3-5 years in sales, with a proven track record of success, preferably in a national or regional role.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in scent marketing/branding sales or other business-to-business sales is a plus.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
