Airosmith Engineering is currently seeking a full-time Production Manager of Structural Engineering to join their Engineering team. This position is responsible for managing commercial building-related structural engineering production activities. Duties include but are not limited to mastering appropriate standards and customer requirements, employee training and development, developing tools and templates as well as final deliverable QAQC. Strong time management, communication and organization skills, and self-motivation are highly important qualities for this role.

Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:
- Plan and oversee all internal activities concerned with the management of assigned Structural projects with a proactive approach.
- Define scope of services for the project and identify anything that is out of scope.
- Manage production of assigned support staff including engineers and coordinators.
- Interact directly with Project Managers to ensure all client expectations are
- met within required timelines.
- Act as the technical lead for production staff, to include training, problem solving, and performing the final QA/QC of production deliverables.
- Manage project activities ensuring scope, schedule and budget are in line with client objectives.
- Coordinate sites with all third-party vendors and disciplines as required.
- Provide timelines and forecasts for structural engineering deliverables.
Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience providing commercial building-related structural engineering services.
- Ability to function in high pressure, date driven environment.
- Knowledge of scheduling and project management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of RISA 3D and Revit modeling.
- Problem solving, issue management, independent thinking and decision-making mindset.
Education, Certificates and Licenses:
- PE License preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
