Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy & Management
- Own and execute multi-channel social media strategies across platforms such as (but not limited to) LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook.
- Stay up-to-date on algorithm changes and best practices to optimize reach and engagement, particularly within health and tech communities.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, making data-driven improvements and recommendations.
- Creative Content Creation
- Develop original, visually compelling, and on-brand content showcasing Airthings products, data insights, and the broader benefits of healthy indoor air.
- Comfortable producing/editing short-form videos. Experience using motion graphics is a plus.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity.
- Trend Monitoring & Reactive Engagement
- Keep your finger on the pulse of IAQ, health tech, and mega trends to pivot swiftly with relevant content.
- Monitor social conversations, news events, and viral moments to create timely, attention-grabbing posts that showcase Airthings as an industry leader.
- Balance real-time, reactive content with a proactive content calendar that highlights product education and thought leadership.
- Brand Growth & Community Building
- Drive awareness and interest in IAQ by engaging with online communities, answering FAQs, and sparking conversations around health and wellness.
- Maintain a consistent, relatable brand voice that resonates with audiences ranging from homeowners to corporate decision-makers.
- Explore new platforms and partnership opportunities to expand brand visibility and credibility.
- Experience managing and partnering with influencers and content creators to help promote product and brand awareness would be a plus.
Qualifications & Skills
- Social Media Expertise: Minimum 4 years of experience managing and growing brand social channels, ideally with a focus on health, wellness, or tech.
- Content Production Mastery: Proficiency in video editing, graphic design, and photography
- Analytical Approach: Comfortable with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite) and an ability to translate insights into strategic actions.
- Industry Insights: Familiarity with IAQ, health, or technology topics (or a keen desire to learn).
- Adaptability: Skilled at juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Strong Communication: Excellent native-level written and verbal skills in English, with an ability to translate complex data or research into accessible, shareable stories. Knowledge of one Scandinavian language is a bonus.
