Bartender/ Server

This position requires Sunday availability.

We are seeking a part-time bartender to join our fast-casual dining team. Full-time candidates have the opportunity of combining serving shifts with bartending shifts. This role is situated at a bustling, single-bartender bar and caters to a loyal customer base within an exceptional community. Our compact bar includes 18 seats and 4 tables totaling an additional 14 seats, in addition to providing drink service to a 120-seat restaurant with a 50 seat patio.

We seek candidates who are experienced, efficient, and can stay upbeat under stress. The bar is heavily focused on food service, with a high volume of beer and wine service and a lesser emphasis on crafting cocktails. If this role sounds like a good match, we welcome you to apply

• Requirements:
• 9 months restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Must be able to work quickly in a confined area and stand for extended periods of time.
• Basic English reading and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Ability to work in elevated temperatures.
• Continuous use of hands and arms.
• Continuous bending, reaching and twisting
