Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive at AJSD Academy, you will play a vital role in supporting our Salesforce training program. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth experience for our trainees by addressing inquiries and providing technical assistance. You will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including customer service, and communication with trainees. The Executive will work closely with the business development team to identify the support areas and support the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding candidates enrolled in our Salesforce study programs.
- Addressing non-technical queries raised by enrolled candidates.
- Following up with candidates regarding their learning progress at regular intervals.
- Coordinating effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Respond promptly to trainee's inquiries via email and other communication channels.
- Assist trainees with questions and issues related to Salesforce training programs.
- Analyze trainees' feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall training experience.
- Provide technical support to help trainees navigate training materials and tools.
- Collaborate with the training team to ensure all trainee's needs are met effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of trainee's interactions and resolutions.
- Facilitate onboarding sessions for new trainees to familiarize them with the academy’s resources.
- Monitor trainee's progress and provide guidance to ensure successful completion of training modules.
- Coordinate with trainers to update and improve course content based on trainee's feedback.
- Organize and participate in regular check-ins and feedback sessions with trainees.
- Offer technology support to trainees to enhance their learning experience.
