Role Description:
Onboarding
- Lead on-boarding and off-boarding tasks for employees.
Employee Records
- Complete PABO updates for NAM employees.
- Exercise strict confidentiality.
Talent Acquisition
- Partner with NAM HR Team to hire exempt and non-exempt roles following our talent selection process.
- Help create, update, and manage job descriptions.
- Support talent selection process including candidate communication, interview coordination, and candidate assessments.
Other HR Functions
- Support HR and marketing with social media posts.
- Assist HR team with employee programs such as benefits, 401K enrollment, and wellness programs.
- Assist the coordination of employee training and events.
- Miscellaneous projects or tasks as needed.
Office Services
- Receive incoming phone calls in a timely manner to provide customers with information about various aspects of AJC Logistics and AJC International.
- Welcome and greet all guests upon arrival to the AJC office suite.
- Prepare and coordinate meeting assignments.
- Assist in event planning for Corporate Functions.
- Assist with Special projects for Atlanta Office Services as required.
- Performs other duties assigned.
Language Requirements:
- Candidates are required to read, write, and speak English fluently. Proficiency in a second language is a plus.
