Summary - Controller / Finance Manager

The Controller / Finance Manager will oversee the daily operations of the accounting department. This position will be responsible for financial reporting, analysis, AP/AR, and reconciliations. This position will also be responsible for financial records and compliance.

Job Duties -Controller / Finance Manager

• Oversight of accounting department
• End of year financials and reconciliations
• Supervision of accounting staff
• Create processes and accounting SOPs
• Financial decision making for the company

• 6 years of experience in accounting
• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Retail accounting experience a plus
