Job Description
Akkodis is seeking anAgile Scrum Master for a Contract job with a client in Jersey City, NJ/Plano, TX / Charlotte, NC/ Kennesaw, GA (Hybrid). The ideal candidate will lead Scrum teams to achieve higher levels of agile maturity, requiring expertise in agile practices and facilitating team self-organization.
Rate Range: $68/hour to $73/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Agile Scrum Master job responsibilities include:
Leading the Scrum team to achieve higher levels of agile maturity and fostering self-organization within the team.
Removing impediments and resolving conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Supporting the completion of enterprise change requirements and deliverables, while driving cross-portfolio scaling initiatives.
Facilitating communication and collaboration across teams to enhance visibility of end-to-end delivery.
Promoting continuous improvement and ensuring agile processes align with the organization's transformation goals.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Business, or a related field.
5 years of experience in Agile project management or Scrum Master roles.
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and scaling agile practices across portfolios.
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and manage change effectively.

Pay Details: $68.00 to $73.00 per hour
