Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for an Occupational Therapy Assistant at AKL Therapy in Miami Springs, FL.to provide therapy sessions for children in Miami Springs and the surrounding area. Therapy locations can vary between:
- Schools
- Daycares
- and our Clinic.
Newly graduated and experienced therapists are welcome to join our dynamic team at one of Florida's fastest-growing therapy agencies. If you're passionate about making a difference in pediatric therapy, this position is for you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct occupational therapy sessions under the supervision of the lead therapist.
- Assist in patient assessment and treatment planning based on individual needs.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Requirements:
- Clear COTA license
- CPR certification
- Pediatric experience is desirable but not mandatory
