Evening Housekeeper

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for the direct cleaning of the Lake Anna YMCA, such as cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker rooms, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, trash removal, window cleaning, picking up trash/spills, etc., floor cleaning and maintenance, in all areas of the Y.
• Follows cleaning checklist for all areas of the building on a daily basis
• Responsible for communicating and submitting to supervisor inventory and supplies needed to maintain the building
• Organize, clean and maintain storage area for the cleaning supplies and equipment
• Maintain a clean and positive image along with YMCA attire/uniform
• Maintain communication with all staff via in person and / or through work orders that are developed
• Interact with staff and members in a positive manner and create a team atmosphere
• Develop an understanding and commitment to the Annual Campaign
• Other duties as assigned by the Properties Manager and/or Executive Director

• Must be able to communicate verbally to groups and individuals
