This position allows 100% remote work from home or allows work to be performed in any of our major office locations with a hybrid schedule. Profile Summary: Role is phone based and designed to be first point of contact for separated from service participants and/or near retirees to service immediate defined contribution account needs. By doing so the goal is to identify the most appropriate outcome for the participant (stay in plan, roll to new plan, roll to IRA, cash out) in a FINRA/DOL best interests environment while providing education and creating awareness of Voya’s retirement assistance programs. Profile Description: Provide differentiated service to plan participants, who are separated from service and those that are nearing retirement through an objective retirement readiness consultation and educational discussion. Primary clients are within the mass affluent segment of Voya’s DC plan business. Consult, educate, and advise in the Best Interest, the most appropriate action based on the individual’s retirement needs, wants and wishes. Once the best solution is identified you will either: Partner with the appropriate Voya team to implement the desired strategy – enroll in In Plan managed accounts, consolidate outside accounts, etc. Consult, advise, and open retail accounts (Brokerage, IRA and Managed Accounts) Other duties and projects as assigned. Knowledge & Experience: College degree is required. Financial services or related experience of 3-5 years is preferred. Licensure will include Series 6, 63, 7, 65/66 and CRPC designation. Identified representative will show strong capability at identifying potential sales opportunities with an eye towards customer retention. Representative should show solid understanding of sales and customer relationship experience, retirement and retirement income planning, full adherence to FINRA/DOL fiduciary standards (including delivery of service against those standards) and will be dedicated to delivering an outstanding customer experience with every customer interaction. Maintains and applies expertise in insurance, securities, investments and related areas in order to provide direction, instruction and guidance to service clients. Full knowledge and understanding of Voya’s retirement and other investment product offerings is required. Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is between $70,970/yr and $97,580/yr plus sales variable bonus. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to the base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities based on each role to reward achievement of annual performance objectives.
