Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing Convenience Pay program including communicating with overdrawn members through mail, email and phone calls- 65%
Member service including working the lobby desk- 15%
Duties related to receiving and distributing mail and posting payments- 15%
Other duties as assigned- 5%
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Two year college degree, or completion of specialized courses of study at a business or trade school, or completion of specialized in-house training or apprenticeship
- Ability to operate a 10-key calculator by touch
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, or other spreadsheet software
Preferred Qualifications:
1-3 years customer or member service experience
