- Assist customers with questions or concerns.
- Trace outbound customer shipments and follow up with the customer.
- Input customer orders, send replacements and samples.
- Gain thorough product knowledge.
- Handle backorders and revisions for customer orders.
- Work as main contact person for Account Managers when they travel.
- Provide general administrative support for sales staff.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
