SUMMARY: Alcor Scientific is a leader in innovative products for the medical device industry. We are in Smithfield, RI and are currently looking for a full-time on-site Sales Administrator. The Sales Administrator provides direct support for the Diagnostic Regional Sales Representatives by supporting existing customers, assisting them in lead development, administrative sales support, and triaging requests from customers. A successful Sales Administrator demonstrates outstanding written and verbal communication skills, is responsive and respectful when interacting with customers and colleagues. This individual is resourceful in terms of lead generation and addressing inquiries, uses effective time management skills, and has experience with applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with SalesForce or other CRM is also a plus. This is an ideal position for one to gain sales experience in a well-supported team environment with the opportunity for rapid career advancement.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Sell and support service contract renewals and upgrades to existing customers
· Answer inbound customer phone calls to the Sales Department
· Serve as a liaison between the Customer and Sales, Customer Service and Technical Support to resolve issues
· Navigate CRM to determine current customer pricing, tracking information and sales history
· Work with SalesForce as a primary Sales/Customer account database
o Add new accounts
o Update existing accounts with current information
· Generate leads for the sales representatives using a variety of search and database tools
o Mine CRM and other sources to target potential customers
o Generate prospect lists and screen new leads
o Prospect and collect customer information
· Support distributor representatives as requested by the Regional Sales Managers, including providing documentation, quotations, and sales support materials
· Contract management support including creation of new contracts, renewals, and extensions
· Retrieve and send documentation to Regional Sales Managers, Distributor Representatives, and Customers
· Follow up with Customers to ensure satisfaction

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
· Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours/week, M-F, 8:30-5:00
· Compensation rate of $20/hour bonus
