JOB OBJECTIVES
Supports the management team by performing customer service activities at the cash counter.
JOB DUTIES
Greet customers
Operate the POS cash register efficiently.
Adheres to and enforces loss prevention and security polices, credit policies and procedures. I.e. credit cards, check approvals, employee purchases, deposit logs, return and exchanges policies.
Keep cash area neat and orderly at all times.
Offers exceptional after sales service in terms of repairing, exchanging, or refunding merchandise to our customers.
Verifies merchandise to avoid miss matches (mixes)
Suggests items that meet customers needs (leather products, shoe care, accessories, etc)
Increasing in store sales
Performs administrative tasks efficiently.
Wraps and handles the merchandise with care.
Assist the store manager in various tasks.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
