Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and presentation of our store's inventory. This position requires a strong focus on inventory control, customer service, and the ability to handle heavy lifting. As a Stocker, you will ensure that products are properly stocked, displayed, and accessible to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently stock shelves with merchandise while ensuring proper rotation of products.
• Utilize RF scanners for inventory management and control to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Assist in receiving shipments and verifying the accuracy of incoming packages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and sales floor.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in locating products.
• Perform regular inventory checks to identify discrepancies and assist in resolving them.
• Operate cash registers as needed, ensuring accurate transactions and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance store performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or inventory management is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required for stocking duties.
• Basic understanding of retail math for inventory control purposes.
• Familiarity with cash register operations is a plus.
• A proactive approach to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
