Quality Inspector

Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the established standards of quality, reliability, and performance. This role involves inspecting, testing, and analyzing products to maintain high quality and compliance with regulations.

Duties

• Conduct inspections on incoming materials, work in progress, and finished products
• Utilize tools such as Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and Vision Inspection Systems to perform detailed inspections
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the production process
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain documentation of inspection results and quality assurance activities
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards, CGMP guidelines, FDA regulations, and other quality management systems
• Operate and calibrate inspection equipment as needed

Experience

• Proven experience in quality control, quality management, or a related field
• Familiarity with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and Vision Inspection Systems is a plus
• Ability to fabricate inspection tools or fixtures as necessary
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends
• Knowledge of quality systems and processes
• Understanding of FDA regulations and industry standards

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $23.30 - $25.00 per hour
