Compensation:
- $20/hour for Full Time Commission, $15/hour for Part Time
- Good reps average $25 an hour
- Our best reps average $60 an hour
Job Description:
We go into neighborhoods and educate homeowners about the way solar works for their specific neighborhood. If they would like to learn more about energy efficiency, we set an appointment for a technician to go back and talk with them in more detail.
Responsibilities:
- Speak with homeowners about saving money through energy efficiency
- Collect information and schedule appointments for homeowners to meet with a technician and see a customized energy offset proposal
- Active listening and building trust
- Educate Virginia residents on present energy mandates
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation
- Personal cell phone
- Valid Driver's License
