Job Description – This is what you will work on:
• Responsible for developing and executing operational strategies for Alibaba.com U.S. Sellers, matching service training according to the customer life-cycle and capabilities to enhance the sellers' platform performance.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of seller needs, collaborate with channels to provide systematic operational support, regularly analyze and provide merchant reports, explore the potential of long-tail customers, provide accurate basic operational services for mid-tier customers, and quickly convert mid-tier customers into top-tier customers.
• Increase the proportion of overall star-rated customers, enhance sellers' familiarity with platform rules and tools, promote self-growth and uncover seller success stories.
• Help channel service teams improve efficiency and service capabilities through data analysis, process optimization, and product innovation, aiding in the success of merchants.
• Establish a clear sales and service collaboration plan to increase customer satisfaction, improve customer retention, and renewal rates.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields.
• More than 5 years of relevant work experience, with a preference for experience in cross-border e-commerce or merchant operation.
• Familiarity with US and e-commerce industry trends, with strong market insights and business acumen.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with various merchants and channel partners.
• Proficient in data analysis, able to extract key insights from data to support decision-making.With the ability to formulate strategies and get results
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $126,000/year and $207,600/year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
