Part-Time Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) (15 hrs/week)

Aligned Vision Behavior (AVB) is on a mission to provide quality in-home ABA services to clients aged 1 to 21 years old in order to increase skills and reduce behaviors that have been negatively impacting success. About the Role:
In this role, you will implement behavior goals in the home setting for clients aged 2 to 16. You will work closely with your supervisor (BCBA) to implement goals through remote and in-person supervision. Data collection is an integral part of this role as well and this person must be comfortable collecting data.
Work Schedule:
This role is part-time, Monday - Friday, from 4pm ET - 7pm ET. This position is in-house with a client in Glen Burnie, MD. The pay is between $19.00 - $29.00/hour depending on experience.
Position Requirements:
- Experience in ABA preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in psychology or related field preferred
- At least 1-year experience working with children is highly preferred
- Experience working with children with challenging behavior is a plus
- Must be willing to complete the requirements to obtain RBT certification through our organization.
- Comfortable working weekends for more pay per hour (weekend work is dependent on client needs)
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
