Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Double-Certified Family & Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our high-volume, fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive medical and mental health assessments in a high-volume clinic setting.
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions efficiently and effectively.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the physical and mental health needs of patients.
- Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Provide patient education and counseling on preventive care, mental health strategies, and chronic disease management.
- Manage a full patient load while maintaining accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license.
- Board certification in Family Medicine and Psychiatric-Mental Health (PMHNP).
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Active DEA license with prescriptive authority.
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced healthcare setting preferred.
- Exceptional clinical decision-making, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
