Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees.
Responsibilities
- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence
- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
- Investigate alarms or disturbances
- Create reports of any suspicious activities
- Respond to emergencies and provide assistance when needed
- Operate surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras
- Enforce laws on the premises
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the military, law enforcement, or security is preferred
- Possession of a valid Alabama security license is a plus
- Proficient in conflict management and de-escalation techniques
- Familiarity with CCTV surveillance systems
- Knowledge of CPR and first aid procedures
- Understanding of loss prevention strategies
