We are seeking to fill one corporate administration internship position, focused on accounting, payroll, human resources and operations. Our ideal applicant is a current student in a business program. We do not require prior industry experience and are looking for an aspiring student willing to learn the full cycle of the corporate administration and operational processes.
Primary Duties
- Assist Payroll and Human Resources with filing system, onboarding of employees and other needed tasks
- Assist Finance with filing and corporate reporting
- Assist Finance with raw material and inventory reconciliations to include raw materials log and monthly accruals
- Assist with financial account reconciliations to include process improvement suggestions
- Work with Shared Services on collections and vendor payment efficiencies
- Assist with organization of audit information in line with Corporate standards
- Work with the Sales and Operations Departments on project maintenance and other needed tasks
- Other general Corporate tasks as assigned
- Recommend improvements to current processes
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Must be able to work 8 hour shifts
- Strong mathematical, communication and organizational skills
- Must be service orientated with proven ability to work in a TEAM environment
Preferred, Skills, & Abilities
- Prior Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Experience
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior office/administrative experience
