1. Responsible for all accounting functions in Quick books.

2. Accounts Payable and paid on time.

3. Accounts receivable with reports to management.

4. Collections and calling on accounts.

5. Deposits made to company Bank.

6. Journal entries into Quick books to provide job cost of each job number.

7. Credit card statements and reconciliation.

8. Manage payroll , payments, taxes etc.

9. Keeps and manages employee time sheets and payments.

10. Manages insurance enrollments and new employee processing.

11. Ability to arrive at work on time.

12. Perform job duties in an efficient and responsible manner.

13. Handling bank and general ledger reconciliations.

14. Ensuring monthly, quarterly, and year end close happens accurately and on time.

15. Solid understanding of book keeping.

16. Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired.

17. Must understand sales tax.

18. Must coordinate financial information to Company Accounting firm.

19. Carefully filing documents to preserve historical records.

20. Must be able to work without direct guidance and be self motivated.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
