We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other contracts specific to the industry
- Plan and schedule appointments as needed
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Handle inbound/outbound telephone calls as needed
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
- Office Staff Members on monthly-bimonthly rotation with company Emergency After Hours Line (Additionally Compensated)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Bilingual Speaker (Preferrred but not required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of basic computer functions (Microsoft, Excel, QuickBooks)
