The Customer Intelligence Analyst will join our Customer Intelligence team, playing a pivotal role in analyzing customer data to uncover actionable insights that guide strategic decision-making across the company. Minimum Requirements
Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Years of Experience : Entry Level
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Natural curiosity and a desire to learn—taking ownership of projects and crafting compelling data-driven narratives that inform strategic decisions.
- Eagerness to learn and become proficient in various platforms, including loyalty platforms, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Google Analytics, and email management software.
- Ability to develop and execute customer surveys to gain direct feedback and capture new data points.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering accurate, high-quality work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Revenue Management, Network Planning, Finance, and Loyalty—to align on strategies, share insights, and implement data-driven solutions.
- Present analysis and recommendations to leadership and cross-departmental teams, ensuring transparency and buy-in across the organization.
