Your Role
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions to optimize efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs and inspections.
- Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
- Assist in installing new equipment and ensuring proper setup and functionality.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all maintenance tasks.
- Provide recommendations for equipment improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Strong understanding of maintenance processes, tools, and best practices.
- Familiarity with PLC systems and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Basic computer skills to maintain digital records and utilize maintenance management software.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and practices.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Certification or technical training in maintenance, industrial mechanics, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
