Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative Estimator to join our dynamic team. Alliance Environmental Group is an industry leader in demolition, abatement and remediation. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the construction, restoration, insurance and healthcare industry. You will leverage your expertise in relationship building, estimating and project management to effectively negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring our clients receive the best solutions tailored to their needs.
Duties
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and target potential clients through research and networking.
- Conduct marketing activities to build relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our products and services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and conditions with clients to secure sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution from sale to delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress.
Skills
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to analyze complex data related to contracts, pricing, and market trends.
- Ability to learn estimating techniques on how to price projects based on amounts of building materials to be removed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industry and be on call to provide great customer service.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record in outside sales or a related field.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
