THE TYPE OF SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the HCM software industry
- Strong understanding of human resources processes and compliance requirements
Possessing these traits would also be ideal:
- Excellent communicator
- Self-motivated
- Fantastic time management skills with the ability to effectively delegate and collaborate as necessary

This full-time hybrid advisor role works at least 75% time on-site at our Shenandoah, TX Campus.
As a hybrid Solutions Consultant, you begin each day by understanding client needs, then analyze their operations for improvements. Every day you showcase our HCM software's potential through engaging presentations. You tailor proposals that align perfectly with client goals, acting as a trusted advisor throughout. Additionally, you team up with sales for effective strategies, while collaborating on smooth client onboarding. Staying updated on industry trends and maintaining strong client relationships, you spot upselling chances. In this flexible role, you're a consultant, advisor, and collaborator, driving HCM success.
