Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Operators with fabrication equipment like Plasma Tables and Brake Presses.
- Inspect the quality of fabricated parts to ensure precision and excellence.
- Maintain accurate job clocking for costing and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Operators and Supervisors for smooth production flow.
- Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to transport materials.
- Handle materials safely, lifting up to 50lbs as needed.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
- Training or experience in metal fabrication or welding is highly desirable.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
- Ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment.
