Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as an intermediary between operating room staff and other hospital departments to ensure seamless communication
- Ensure the operating room is sterile and safe for each patient
- Work with scrub nurses to maintain a sterile field in the operating room
- Prepare patients and operating room setup before surgical procedures
- Assess and monitor the patient’s condition before and during surgery to support optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians to develop and follow a comprehensive care plan
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and physical stamina, as this role requires the ability to handle long shifts
Requirements:
- Current RN license in Oklahoma or Multistate Compact
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred)
- BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
